Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerA new rumor has backed up previous rumors of a new PlayStation handheld from earlier this year. Supposedly, it will play PS4 games at-launch.
Russian journalist Anton Logvinov (via ResetEra) shared that they can confirm the development of the handheld. Previously, they leaked both the Death Stranding and Horizon Zero Dawn PC ports ahead of their announcements. He doesn’t touch on much more than it supposedly playing PS4 games at-launch, likening it to the Steam Deck.
It’s worth pointing out that MooresLawIsDead, a notable leaker in the PlayStation space who was the first to share PS5 Pro specs, shares certainty of a PS Vita-esque handheld.
