Sidular (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the PSX Extreme website (the “Service”).
This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service.

This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.
Like most website operators, Sidular collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Sidular’s purpose in collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how Sidular’s visitors use its website. From time to time, Sidular may release non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of its website.
Sidular also collects potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users and for users leaving comments on PSXExtreme.com blogs/sites. Sidular only discloses logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that it uses and discloses personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses and email addresses are visible and disclosed to the administrators of the blog/site where the comment was left.
