Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerLA-based Santa Monica Studio is still hard at work at its next game, which hasn’t been impacted hard by the recent layoffs. Nothing is confirmed, but we do know “early things are coming together.”
Santa Monica lead Cory Barlog took to Twitter to share some the news that things are going well. He also calls the people he works with “beyond brilliant.”
We still don’t know anything about this game could possibly be. Fans have speculated the game could either be an RPG or feature RPG elements. Considering the studio is supposedly working on multiple projects right now, so Barlog’s post is rather broad.
