Gabriel Stanford-ReisingerPlayStation is looking to celebrate former CEO Jim Ryan’s legacy with a digital bobblehead found on PlayStation Stars. All you have to do is play a game he’s “championed” over his 30 years at the console maker.
Per VGC, the loyalty program-locked item comes bundled with a description congratulating Ryan on retiring. Games that players can play to acquire this digital bobblehead include Destiny 2, Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, The Last of Us Part 2, Gran Turismo 7, God of War Ragnarok, and Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart.
It seems rather fitting that the ending of his legacy, which he confirmed to be coming to an end back in September, will be capped off with one last grand gesture through the PlayStation Stars program.
“Help us celebrate Jim Ryan’s 30 years at PlayStation by playing any one of the many impressive games he championed as CEO and get a special Digital Collectible. Happy retirement, Jim!”
