My buddy went to Pax: west a few weeks ago. He thought this was the best game there. Granted he really likes this genre a lot, but still he also likes Mario, Uncharted and Batman etc. Anyhow, I was surprised by how impressed he was.
Next year him and I plan on going together to Seattle for PAX.

Ha, I live like 25 mins from Seattle and I've never been there. I just hate driving to Seattle.
it ain't so bad Daus, just as long you don't have to go through Snoqualmie Pass. Sounds like you don't, though, being only 25 min out.

but hey, don't let that stop you. I believe there's a PAX in 3 regions per year. There's probably one more nearby for your state than Seattle. Plane tickets can suck =(
