Ben-DutkaWe know Diablo III is set to arrive for the PC on May 15 (barring any further unforeseen – and annoying – delays).
We also know that Blizzard is working on console versions of the long-awaited RPG, and they've said skeptics needn't worry, as it'll be a "true Blizzard-level experience on a console." However, nobody knows when the console versions are coming, or even if the game is confirmed for both PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Well, here's an indication that Diablo III on PS3 might not be too far behind the PC version. All we've really got is a mysterious pic that prominently features PS3 boxes for the upcoming Diablo iteration. Can't really tell what store it is but each of the boxes say, "Preorder Now." Usually, if you can pre-order, it means the retailer has a date; it may not be a realistic date, but it has to be in the computer to take the deposit. At least, that's the way it works at GameStop.
So what do you think? When might Diablo III on consoles arrive? How much after the May 15 launch date? Or will it be right on or around that date…?

My prediction, May 2013. They just finished up the PC version and they are starting to talk about the PS3 version. It's going to take them some time to move it over to the PS3. If the PS3 version was to be released with the PC version there would be huge news about it. My guess it will take them a year to iron out the kinks, control and get it released on the PS3.

my friend pre-ordered the ps3 edition back in feb 12 but then they said nothing about it and just was talking about the pc version, so he transferred his pre-order too tales of graces f lol thumbs up to him
I would rather have the pc version anyhow. But it's nice that they are working on a console version.
Well if it has anything to do with Gamestop then it wouldn't be a suprise, the store right up the street from me has taken pre-orders for Dust 514 which is a downloadable only game. Plus I have seen them take pre-orders for games that are years away from release. Like you said Ben it can be done if it is in their system and somehow they let all kinds of things slip into it.

if they do a console one i might be interested but we are getting it for the PC right now my hubby is more of a PC gamer than a console gamer especially lately
