See, the studio really can have a significant impact. Game Informer is teasing everyone again with another big announcement; previously, they teased the new "South Park" RPG and now, Editor-in-Chief Andy McNamara is hinting at something very surprising on his Twitter page .
He was asked if gamers could guess the title in question and McNamara replied that we probably could, but it was doubtful that we'd "get the real nuts, which is the developer." The one sentence that's getting everyone all riled up is- "I can pretty much promise not many will see this one coming." Essentially, we're looking at a game most expected to be announced, but a developer that nobody thought would be making it, right?
Okay, so what'll it be? We already heard about Kojima's open-ended game , so that's not a secret any longer. Maybe Guerrilla is making God of War IV , or something silly like that. Any ideas?
Ben, I can't actually think of something over the top at the moment. I am scanning my thoughts but nothing comes to mind. First thought is that it will be a multi-platform game, so betting on an exclusive studio is out in my books.
In terms of the game, an open ended Kojima game could be amazing, but would they be happy doing a multi-platform title?
Maybe others in the community have ideas, but I cannot necessarily think of anything outside the box yet!

Barrett would have to be the main character.
Kojima working with Valve. He's said he's a big fan of theirs.
That will allow Kojima to let off some steam after nearly having to swallow a 360… with Valve anything is possible, as long as they know in what direction to turn the tap…

well, id put my money on that.
actually cant be that, he said we could easily guess the game so it has to be a sequel, or something already been announced.
maybe valve have handed the half life license off to someone else.
especially now that so many rumours have lit up, the half life 3 tee shirt, the tweet from gabe giving the green light to start dropping hints, the E3 2012 announcement.
eh, whatever.
i hope its 8 days and the getaway 3 returning, it wont be, but i wish it was!
only thing i want more then for those 2 games to return is a R&C HD collection!
