Aaron ThomasMobile publisher and developer Reaxion has completed its acquisition of the Byelorussian development company 3SYM.
3SYM’s past projects include the Brain Game series for the Game Boy Advance and PlayStation and it also specializes in creation on the BREW, Symbian and J2ME platforms as well. 3SYM will provide Reaxion with “the bandwidth necessary to realize new projects and ideas currently on-hold because of team overload.”
The 3SYM team will be merged into Reaxion’s Russian development team, bringing the total number of Reaxion employees in the U.S. and Russia to more than 30. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
