Electronic Gaming Monthly has reported that RPG fans can breathe a sigh of relief as Wild ARMs: Alter Code F is coming home. The Sony-funded RPG will not be coming from Sony, but rather Agetec.
A mix between old and new, Wild ARMs: Alter Code F is an enhanced remake of Wild ARMs, originally released back in 1997 on PSOne. The enhanced part tosses in new characters, gameplay changes, and storyline tweaks. This all culminates in the upcoming sequel, Wild ARMs: Another Code F.
Wild ARMs: Alter Code F is set for a fall release. There is no word on a domestic conversion of the sequel, its fate likely hinges on the sales of Alter Code F.
