Need For Speed Movie Trailer Revealed

It must've been difficult to make a movie based on games that rarely have much in the way of established storylines.

But hey, who needs a good story for a film about fast cars and hot chicks? Plot is secondary, anyway. And as posted at JoBlo , the first trailer for the "Need for Speed" movie from DreamWorks is now up for public viewing.

Starring "Breaking Bad" actor Aaron Paul, "Need for Speed" is set to be released in theaters on March 14, 2014. It tells the story of an ambitious street racer (Paul), who goes partners with an arrogant buddy (played by "Captain America" actor Dominic Cooper). Things go awry, though, and Paul's character is sent to prison. After he gets out, he joins a cross-country race to get his revenge.

As he says in the trailer:

"They took everything from me. I do not fear, for you are with me. All those who defied me shall be ashamed and disgraced. Those who wage war against me shall perish. I will find strength, find guidance, and I will triumph."

You will also see Michael Keaton (the list of movies he's been in is just too long), rapper Scott "Kid Cudi" Mescudi, Ramon Rodriguez ("Battle Los Angeles," "Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen"), Rami Malek ("Night at the Museum," "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2"), and Harrison Gilbertson ("Beneath Hill 60," "Accidents Happen"). Directing is Scott Wauch, who is best known for helming "Act of Valor," although he was also part of the stunt crews for dozens of movies, including "Torque," "The Italian Job," and "Biker Boyz."
