We know Batgirl will be included with the Batman: Arkham Knight Season Pass. But who exactly is Batgirl…?
Fans have been asking and game director Sefton Hill finally answered on Twitter : She's Barbara Gordon, the daughter of police commissioner James Gordon.
If you purchase the $40 DLC Pass, you can play as Batgirl in a special prequel story expansion entitled, "A Matter of Family." You'll be able to check out "an entirely new location" and chances are, you might find some new foes as well. For the time being, that's all we know but it's enough. Perhaps those who were complaining about the $40 Pass aren't quite so annoyed now, although many are still unhappy.
Yeah, well, I don't really bother with DLC so whatever.

Yeah….. I don't even follow the comics and just watched the occasional episode of the random animated series growing up and I knew this. Not really a "reveal" seeing as I believe bat girl has only been Barbara unlike the number of different Robins there have been.

I approve of this type of baitclick. Anyway, I don't know why people are complaining about the DLC, as if Rocksteady's DLCs weren't worth the money. More expensive season passes have existed.
You shouldn't be so indifferent about DLC, Ben. Specially, since YOU posted a review of the Last of Us DLC.
You may have noticed that that's just about the only DLC review on this site. World did a few for Bioshock I think and that's about it.
I can be as indifferent as I like about DLC.
That's the point. You're dismissing the Arkham DLC as if HQ's revenge and Cold, cold, heart sucked, they didn't. And if a review exists for a piece of DLC that you so adamantly dismiss, then at least don't do it on a game that people like.

The DLC story is a prequel so why should it be anyone else?
Well it looks like I'll be waiting for the GOTY edition, waited for Arkham City GOTY and it was worth the wait.

I'm not ashamed to admit I double dipped for both, yes BOTH Arkham games on steam. Less than 20 bucks for both not too long after AC: GOTY came out, oh yeah baby, I wanna see console games go down in price that fast.
