Ben-DutkaBloodborne is a damn fine game. …but those load times are kinda abysmal.
Thankfully, developer From Software will look to lessen those load times in an upcoming patch. In a recent post over at the PlayStation Blog , Sony first reminds everyone of the milestone – 1 million copies shipped worldwide – and then provided us with some info concerning update 1.03.
The patch "seeks to reduce certain load times in addition to performance optimizations," which is good to hear. The update will also deal with "an issue that resulted in abnormal game behavior after many continuous hours of play." They might be referring to the exploit that inexplicably made the game easier when it ran for a certain number of hours. Hey, what's wrong with that? 😉
Just remember that in order for Sony and From Software to deliver these updates, they will have to take the game offline "for a short period." We're sure you can handle the downtime, though.

I'm hoping they patch the lift glitches in the game as well. I have a lift that just wont work and its in front of the optional boss I need to beat to get my platinum trophy 🙁
The load times being improved are a welcome change though, it will make farming bloodvials and other things less of chore.
What boss?
Well there are two, the first one is in the Upper Catherdal ward it is a secret area and has two optional bosses. I don't want to spoil anything for you but there is a key for the area hidden in Yarguls hidden village, when you are running through those witchs and the amygdylla is shooting the laser beam at you if you are running towards the amygdylla you hug the right wall and there is a gap in the fence to jump down from. Take it inside, fall down and you will see a dude in a chair with an item, this lets you access the upper cathedral ward that you get to from going to the top of the healing churches workshop.
Once I beat that boss I can make the chalice dungeon I need to beat another boss, then I have a platinum once i get 2 more endings which will be easy peasy.
Good news. Now, if they can fix the PvP, or the matchmaking in general, they might still be able to save the game. Otherwise, it'll be dead by the end of the month…
Very welcome news. With the amount of times I die in this game it could save me hours in the long run,
