New GTAO Update Brings You The San Andreas Flight School

A new update is coming to Grand Theft Auto V 's multiplayer component, but it won't include those long-awaited online heists.

However, it will boast a fantastic new feature that will be catnip to flight aficionados: That's right, the next Grand Theft Auto Online update – launching later today, August 19 – will bring you the San Andreas Flight School along with new land vehicles.

Cool "aerial solo challenges" will be available to conquer for both jets and helicopters, and we'll even get new parachute designs based on the flags of different countries (United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc). The developers will also deliver some upgrades and tweaks to GTAO; we'll learn more about them when Rockstar fully details the update after it goes live.

Yeah, no online heists yet. Maybe they're saving them for when GTAV hits next-gen consoles and PC.

GTA is still in the Top 10 for global top sellers, not only are people still on it, people are still buying it in the tens of thousands every week.

What can I say I'm a punk kid at heart 😉

Anywho, I meant this game is old. It's time for people to move on.

That's right, Rockstar. Fill'er up, prime'er up until the *real* release is due. 🙂

Rockstar should do something like underwater treasure hunting for online play. Another way to get cash to buy those oh so expensive vehicles. It is just another facet of the online game that has not been tapped.

You are definitely right. Why get on a jetski/boat when I can just fly a helicopter?

For those that are surprised that gamers are still on this — yes. The online has improved and it's still very fun to play.

Hah, that's the second game that I have missed on PS3 because I sold it (TloU was 1st).
But it was worth to wait. TloU Remastered is awsome. This one will be too I'm sure of it:)

I jump online sometimes. Can be fun. I have to start trying more solo missions so I can unlock more stuff instead of seeing what random things others are doing. If you catch the right group of ppl online, it can be REALLY fun. Much like when we were little and played outside and made up a random game with our friends and had a grand time doing something stupid.
