We brought you
a week ago about how Sony had called all of their development and PR people together to inform them of a planned PSP launch delay in Europe.
Now, Sony has officially confirmed the delay.
"We were originally hoping for a March 31 launch in Europe, but now that's not going to be the case," a Sony PR spokesman says in the release.
"It is likely to be a matter of a few months rather than a few weeks–it's a matter of allocation."
Basically, since North America is getting 1 million units in March and an ample supply in April, it looks like Europe will have to wait until June at the earliest for their launch.
