First of all, we've been hearing rumors that Hideo Kojima has one more game to announce, and everyone assumes he's going to do so at Sony's press conference tomorrow. Now, it likely won't be a PlayStation 3 exclusive title, especially with Rising going multiplatform, but it might be a game called "Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker" for the PSP. As this exhibitor info chart shows, Peace Walker should be on display at some point. We do figure it'll get unveiled at Sony's conference today but there's the other possibility that it's Castlevania: Lords of Shadow , which may have been hinted at with the appearance of the "mask" on Kojima's teaser site. Basically, either/or should get announced tomorrow and we'll be all over it; you can count on that. However, it could be some other surprise that we're not expecting, and one that Konami purposely left off their exhibitor list, although this may be nothing more than some wishful thinking. Whatever it is, one can be assured of this fact: if it's related to Kojima, it'll be big news. That's just the way of the world.
PSP owners could certainly use a nice announcement like this, what with all the PS3-related rumors flooding across the Internet. Yeah, we've got the PSP Go!, even if it's isn't entirely official just yet, but the software is always the most important.

I mentioned something about Castlevania way back when the Storm clouds were just gathering on that site. It immediately made me think of Stormbringer.
I know I heard about a Metal Gear for the PSP. Castlevania Symphony of the Night was so fun and amazing, maybe they'll do something like that again.

What if they made a Metal Slug with awesome graphics and it was still 2D! And sold it on PSN! That would be soooo coool!!!!
I don't know if MGS:Rising will be multiplatform, but Qore episode 13 (which did leak late last week; I downloaded it before it ceased to be available) did mention in the PSP Go video segment a MGS game for the PSP that was "announced during E3", so if it's called Peace Walker, it will indeed be announced during E3. Yeah, Sony screwed up badly when Qore 13 was made accidentally available.
Actually, in light of MGS:Rising on the 360, I'm very curious if it was done intentionally to let some of the wind out of Microsoft's sails (and sales 😉 )…

I might just have to buy a PSP someday… too bad I don't have the money to do so any time soon.
Kojima's is supposed to be making 3 announcements today, I hope one of them is MGS5 or a new Zone of Enders! Cross your fingers everyone.

I personally think Metal Gear Rising will be multiplatform, and that Big Boss represents a new PSP portable ops game that was mentioned in Qore.
But has anyone considered Mask being a PS3 exclusive new IP? It is said that Sony will announce big new IPs at E3, and this could be one of them. We all know Kojima is loyal to Sony, and Metal Gear Rising could just be Kojima meeting Konami's high demands to continue the series and go multiplatform.
