Yeah, the God of War Origins Collection is well worth your attention.
And although the game won't hit store shelves until September 13, there's another way to sample this enticing package. Hey, it's the 21st century, so…
The God of War: Ghost of Sparta demo will be available starting today on the PSN, provided you're a PlayStation Plus member. Like the Collection , this demo supports stereoscopic 3D and beautiful 1080p HD visuals. If you're not a Plus member, you'll have to wait until next Tuesday (September 6) before you can get a taste of the fantastic action.
Honestly, if you missed out when these games launched on the PSP, now's the time to strike. As I said in the review, this is really how God of War is meant to be played. No, it doesn't look like GoWIII but considering these are portable productions, they look pretty damn good.

Artificially generating value for a service, where what would have otherwise been offered to everyone for the actual purpose of demos: game advertizing.
I'm sorry guys. I know I mention this every time. Which may be tiring, but for every single one of you who praise how they love "PSN+" and how it's "so worth it." Just keep this little truth in mind. In some ways, and this IS one of them, you are being played. This will be the last I speak of this little known fact here.

Completely agree. I'm anxiously waiting for this collection to arrive, and I since I don't have PSN+ I will be cut to see people playing it WAY too early than others.
You posted just to have your avatar next to mine, didnt you? =p
Now we just need that Aqua Teen Hungry guy to show up with his Heihachi wannabe.
I'll say this about Plus, turning Playstation fans against one another is not a good idea.
(See: LV's comment below)
Temjin001: Why? no one ever worries about upsetting Xbox Live players.
World: Yeah, because Live players don't repeat "nanananana" when they win, ( like a straight trip'n twitch gamer) PSN players are known to do that.
Temjin001: I see your point. I suggest a new strategy. Abolish PSN Plus.
(Yeah, I just posed as C-3PO. the joke's on me)
@World
Nanananananananana!
LOL @ Everybody
You'd be right if early demos was all PS+ had to offer but since it offers far more, I have to respectfully disagree.
I'm with Jawknee. Early access events don't even factor into my assessment of the value of PS Plus, nor do automatic updating and cloud saves.
"Free" games do (I added the quotation marks for Beamboom).

NANANANANANANANANA!
Nana = great anime
Makes you wonder just when they plan to announce
GOWIV.
@World. My money is on the spike VGA's this year, with a fall or winter launch in 2012.
That's a good prediction, I was thinking next years E3 would be too late. But I don't expect a PS4 till 2014 so maybe.
I don't need a demo to know that GOW is awesome. I will get these at some point.
Hi:
Already a Plus member since a few weeks ago but, this is the first time it really worth it.
Red 5.
Thanks for this titbit of information, but surely that cannot be right. Plus users have a wealth of content available to them that non-Plus users don't have off the bat…
Over, Blue 4 🙂

I have plus… and this is very tempting. But I really want my hard copy. Call me old fashioned, but I just love going and picking up my new game, getting home and unwrapping it, opening the case for the very first time, reading the booklet, and popping that disc in the drive…. ooohhh
And, I need it to compliment my God of War library that's building in my game shelf.
Oooh, I would love to download this but alas, I am still very far away from home. Jena Germany, drinking a warm Wicküler pilsner bier. 🙂
Don't need a demo I'll just buy this epic master piece to add to the 3 others I have
