I have to admit: unless we're talking about racing, I'm just more into arcade-based sports games these days.
And that's why I'm intrigued by anything with "Street" in the title. Most of you are probably familiar with the EA Sports games that deal with over-the-top arcade-style action rather than simulation. Well, the good news is that another entry is on the way; it's FIFA Street , which will hit the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 "early next year." They say all the no-holds-barred action will return, along with "the depth of the later installments in FIFA Prime ." Strangely enough, it'll even boast "twice as many moves as FIFA 12." Well, they're probably crazy unrealistic moves, right? Lastly, FIFA Street will include the suite of EA Football Club features that was unveiled at E3, and don't forget about that EA Sports Season Ticket pass. Members get early access to the full game, which is a huge bonus.
I wanna see NFL Street again. Yeah, we get the new Madden this month but that just isn't my thing anymore.
Related Game(s): FIFA Street
No thanks, i'll just stick to FIFA 12 thanks.
See… FIFA Street is great fun when you have people around.
You just have to accept that it's not gonna be a game that you're going to play all the time, or even alone.
When I play FIFA 11 against my cousins, I demolish them. They still love playing. But they pretty much know they're not going to beat me.
Well when we play FIFA Street, it's anyone's game.
And I kid you not, about 60-70% of the time it comes down to the last few seconds. I have had some incredible matches in that game. Sometimes you'll be winning by two or three goals with one minute left, and the other guy will get his power up and score two goals in no time, and then it gets interesting.
One thing though is that you have to enforce your own rules a bit too. Our only rule is that when the other person gets the power up, you can't just play keep away and let the time run out for the power up.
Anyway, I'm real happy and I can't wait for this game.
Oh yeah, I hope they include at least the major clubs from around the world. I'm not too big on using international teams.

In more important news the PS3 dropped to $250 and a new Wi-Fi less PSP-3000 has come out for $130.
$100 actually.
That has nothing to do with this topic. But I guess you're looking to get some sort of props for that. I think a lot of us already know that.
Even if some did, at least he's dropping the info for those who don't.
I put this here in hopes that Ben would see it and put an article about it. Calm yourself. And yes what if someone hadn't known about it?
Dude, it's not that Ben wouldn't know. Whenever there is a lot of news to report on, it sometimes takes a while for them to put up all the stories. This isn't IGN.
And of course not everyone is gonna know, but as a FIFA Street fan, I found your comment a bit disrespectful. You may not have intended it that way, but still.
Members here have been doing this for awhile, why all of a sudden is it disrespectful.
^Ignore that, not even sure why I said that.
Disrespectful? What the hell are you talking about? It's a game article.
I meant you're showing no respect for the game, it's creators and it's fans, by the way you started your comment. It's nothing serious, and sorry if it came off too serious, it wasn't my intention. I just figured you were another american football fan that doesn't respect the beautiful game.
And it was nothing new that Ben hadn't posted. Like I said, it happens a lot when there is an abundance of news. But once they get to update the site, they update it with 4 or 5 stories. It's not that they didn't know there was a conference going on.
FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
bout freaking time they gave us a new fifa street game, weve been screaming for one for ages!
i wish EA would take on NRL.
now that would be freaking sweet!
