Elena’s Voice Working On Uncharted 2 DLC, Not Uncharted 3

Any time we hear anything remotely related to the possibility of Uncharted 3 , our pulses start to race.

We're about 99.9999% sure it's coming, of course, but we're always looking to find evidence of early development at Naughty Dog. Eagle-eyed gamers everywhere keep a close eye on certain places where we could find potential info, and one of those places is the Twitter page for Emily Rose . Rose is the voice actress for series mainstay Elena Fisher, and the Tweet that turned heads is as follows:

"Landed in LALA land yesterday and already the schedule is a buzz…. filming my first Night show today 4 #HAVEN then work on #UNCHARTED!"

Yeah, that was enough to get the Uncharted 3 whispers rolling. Unfortunately, as Sony confirmed to Kotaku , Rose's work has nothing to do with the new Uncharted :

"Now that Emily is just back from filming Haven she will be working with [Uncharted development studio] Naughty Dog on some DLC content."

Bah. Maybe while she's doing that, she can start to handle just a few lines for Uncharted 3 . And if you're wondering why the hell Rose looks so much like Fisher, and why Nolan North looks a lot like Nathan Drake, and why Claudia Black looks a lot like Chloe Frazer, the answer should be obvious. Like some other projects ( Heavy Rain included), the designers got the actors first and then put their likenesses into the game.
