If you want to take advantage of this sale-crazy weekend, you should check out what Square Enix and Atlus have to offer.
Square Enix is featuring a weekend-long sale that includes Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX ($19.99), Hitman: Absolution ($14.99), the Game of the Year edition of Dead Island ($14.99), and Vita titles like Army Corps of Hell ($14.99)
The original PlayStation classic Chrono Cross can be had for only $7.49, and the downloadable PC version of Final Fantasy VII falls to $5.99. This store-wide sale continues through Monday, December 2, so see what else you can find! How's about the awesome Deus Ex: Human Revolution for only $14.99 or Dissidia: Final Fantasy for the PSP for only $9.99? Some top-notch games there.
Atlus wants to get in on the fun, too. They've cut prices on most products in their catalog for Black Friday; you just gotta check out the fantastic savings : There's Demon's Souls for $13.49, Dragon's Crown ($29.99 for both the PS3 and Vita versions), and the PS2 cult classic, Odin Sphere for a measly $4.99. The best part is that these sale prices apply to the products you find online, as well as the Atlus games you see in retail stores.
These sales actually run through Tuesday, December 3. That doesn't mean you should wait around, though; strike while the iron's hot and all that.
Man, I wish that I had $20 for KH.
Of course, a couple weeks after I pay full price for Chrono Cross.
I'm amazed that they still have new PS1 games for sale. It seems that they re-stock them each year. Is there some record for continuous official printing of console games? Chrono Cross for PS1 is over 13, now, which would have PS1 in general at over 18 years.
The KH 1.5 remix is awesome. They really improved the combat system, though I still think KH 2 has the best one.
The HD upgrade makes it look great for a +10 year old title. Can't wait for 2.5 remix!
