Moogles have always been part of Final Fantasy . But this might be a little too much.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is available now in Japan, and one of the first pieces of downloadable content contains a new costume for the heroine.
It's an outfit comprised almost entirely of moogles .
Yeah, that's right. It's in the premium Lovable Moogle DLC, which comes with the Moogle Queen outfit, Moogle stick weapon, and Moogle shield. Plus, Japanese gamers have access to the Holy Asgard and Ultimate Liberator costume packs, which are solid individually for 400 yen (about $4), or all three packs can be purchased together for 1,000 yen (about $10). We don't know if this DLC will make its way to the US and Europe when the game launches next year, but we have heard about a Cloud Strife costume for Lightning.
Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII is slated to release in Western territories in February 2014.

Is that picture from PS3 or PS2? Because honestly speaking it looks terrible. I wouldn't buy the game even if it had a birthday suit DLC.
The concept is amusing but paying for it does not make me chuckle…
more dlc ripoff if you ask me. Game hasn't even had a worldwide release and they are already making people pay for costumes.
Personally I think costumes in game should be free, add some actual content if you want money. Definitely don't pull this nonsense.
Just don't buy this game. Just…don't.

Fans: "But we don't like Lightning."
SE: "Shut up! You'll buy it anyway! Who asked you?!"
Call PETA
I feel that's more….creepy than anything.
