EA To Reveal More About Dragon Age III: Inquisition Today

We've been waiting for more details on the next Dragon Age , and the good news is those details should arrive imminently.

According to a Tweet from BioWare executive producer Mark Darrah, information on Dragon Age III: Inquisition will arrive at 1 p.m. PST today during EA's press conference.

The new title was confirmed last year but BioWare and EA have been tight-lipped about the specific gameplay details. It has been confirmed as a 2014 title (after an apparent delay) and it'll be coming for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. There had been rumors that Inquisition was being made into a next-gen title as well, so maybe that's what they'll be revealing today. However, if Microsoft really has spent a gigantic amount of money to keep certain EA games exclusive to the Xbox One, Sony followers won't want to hear that news…

Guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Part one was fun. I did not play part 2. I wonder if it was any good. Cant wait to check out part 3. BTW. Been playing the new Skyrim that just came out last week. Wow. Im glad I waited to play it just now because of the unlimited skill points. Awesome game.

Part 2 no good

Nonono – part 2 was good, it was just not *as* good. They did a couple of unforgivable errors, but it's still a solid game.

I agree with Beamboom. DA2 was a good game but not as good as Origins.

It was a solid representation of the humdrum adventures in mediocreland.

Oh man don't talk like that, Ben. Don't even joke about it.
If they snag a BioWare adventure at the beginning of *this* generation too, I will suffer a mental meltdown.

Probably a timed exclusive for next gen versions. Spike is only covering Xbox and EA so I assume they are pretty tight now.

I'm watching the Forza presentation copy the Driveclub one almost word for word right now.

I lost interest in Dragon Age after II and I doubt that EA will give Bioware enough development time to do their best work. Based on statements from Peter Moore, EA has a 24-month horizon (DAII was finished in 18 months).

Well, DA III has been in development for over two years now, so it won't necessarily be rushed like II.

So they did pay people off and they also have insomniac games with them. Pretty pathetic of Microsoft.

Guess that explains why Fuse fell short, they were focused on something else.

I literally played the Fuse demo for like 5-7 minutes and I was like…"What is this crap" and then I quit the game and continued playing Dark Souls >_>

The only sad thing about that is now we probably will never see R&C or Resistance anytime soon, if there is truth to that.

Honestly I camt believe Sony didnt snatch them up after the Solid games theyve released this generation alone, not to mention their dedication to the PS2. Shameon Sony.

@bigrailer: Insomniac kept saying that they value their independent status, so I don't think they would've agreed to be a first-party studio even if Sony offered them to become one.

Gotta wonder if they value their Judas status

If the critical reception to Fuse is anything to go by… LOL Their Xbone exclusive game doesn't seem to be that interesting either. Makes me wonder how that game is only possible on the Xbone. *shrugs*

It looked pretty cool. I still havent finished DA Origins so no hurry by me.

MGSV is the only must have game I've seen today so far. I think the new Madden looks cool too. I'll want to play that.

EA was pretty disappointing.
plants versus zombies?
really?
you turn up to E3, the worlds biggest gaming event, and on the year of next gen systems, to reveal a freaking game that belongs on facebook!
and you start your conference with it?
yea, that pretty much defines the mediocrity of the conference perfectly.
next Ferrari will turn up to the LA motor show to unveil there new leggo collection!

the best announcement they had was mirrors edge 2, but we already knew that was coming thanks to all the leaks, and the trailer pretty much showed off jack!
and it seems a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG way off, soooooooo………
but gotta love the end of that trailer, mirrors edge 2 releasing……………. when its done.
made me piss myself laughing, god dam you blizzard now the whole industry has caught on too!

O, and BTW, valve?
hello?
anyone there?
when are we going to see half life 3?
no come on this is getting f*cking ridclious!
