This will definitely separate the truly hardcore from all the pretenders out there who only claim to be hardcore.
Bethesda has revealed a new limited-edition series of hand-painted, hand-finished statues that celebrate the Dragonborn downloadable content for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim .
Designed by GamingHeads , these collectibles measure about 16 inches tall and are available in two different models: The first shows the Dragonborn holding a sword in one hand a dagger in the other, and it'll retail for $299. They're only making 1,000 of these. The second model, dubbed the "exclusive edition," is a little more expensive (coming in at $329.99) and boasts an interchangeable arm that can be swapped out for a glowing fireball. They'll only produce 500 of these so the term "limited" is definitely applicable.
They'll start rolling these out "just in time for the holidays" and you can pre-order one now. Each statue also comes with a certificate of authenticity and a numbered base. So, are you hardcore or not?

Ps3 users should get one of these free.
No, I'm not that hardcore. If I were rich I'd buy it and sell it at a higher price in a year or two.
Bethesda wants more of my money?! They still never made up for the whole ps3 thing… Sure they temporarily discounted some dlc for a week or so. BUt thats just a clear ploy to get more money. (People who were on the fence probably jumed at the chance to get it at a discount).
I don't really have $300 to waste anyway….
Nice detail and very well done, but I'd have preferred a dragon or a giant or something. Human warrior not really my thing.
ooooo, now thats what i call a guard dog!
well, ok not a dog but if thats not going to scare people away what will?
always wanted the life size statue of batman from the dark knight rises, man now THAT was BADA$$!!!!!!
