Despite its flaws, L.A. Noire 's progressive and innovative Motion Scan technology brought virtual characters to life in a way rarely seen in video games.
But of course, with every new and highly advanced piece of technology, there will be some missteps…and many of them will likely be comical.
As posted up at Depth Analysis , a gag reel from Team Bondi's award-winning title is bound to make you laugh. Here are five minutes of outtakes and bloopers that can bring a smile to your face on a dreary, workaday Monday. The interesting part is that the bloopers are seen on the faces of the virtual characters, which somehow makes them even more realistic. Sometimes it's a mangled line, a missed cue, or just poor acting (love it when the guy says a "demon possessed his mouth"). Whatever happens, it's amusing.
It's definitely worth a look.

Maybe I'm out of line here. But, SD video? really?
Crazy! Very excited to see the extent to which Rockstar incorporates this tech in GTA V.
I can only wonder how they managed to have the time and money to do this with the development hell which L.A. Noire went though.
That blooper reel was great.
I just wish every developer would intertwine a blooper reel into their credits making more enjoyable to watch, just like some movies have done.
BTW, I always watch all the gaming credits too just because because they sometimes add in a little something else either within them or after they've ended, like Deus Ex:Human Revolution did. And if I remember right, one of the Killzone's also did too.
That would have been a great bonus feature on the game. I always love seeing bloopers with material as dark and serious as this.
The sneezing parts were funny!
