Sample The Co-Op Action Of Dead Space 3 In A Few Weeks

Dead Space 3 should be among your most anticipated titles of 2013. The first two were just so worth playing.

But if you're not yet convinced, you can always try the demo. EA has announced that a playable sample will be available on the Xbox Live Marketplace on January 15 and a week later (January 22) on the PlayStation Network.

It looks like this demo will highlight the game's new co-op mode, as "players will be thrust into deep space terror when unwilling hero – Isaac Clarke – and all-new co-op companion – Sergeant John Carver." Fans of the series have been a little leery about this new addition, although those who like multiplayer certainly appreciate the co-op option. Dead Space 3 will seek to thrill you on February 5, when it releases in North America for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. Europe gets it three days later as per usual. Also, here's a brand new trailer that updates you on the plot; it's called The Story So Far.
