We were really blown away when we saw Russian cosplayer Anna Moleva, also known as "Ormeli," dressed up as Elizabeth from Bioshock Infinite . Just amazing.
But we weren't the only ones to be impressed. The game's development team, Irrational Games, saw those pictures and opted to hire Moleva to help promote one of 2013's hottest games.
As announced at Irrational's Blog , the girl who is essentially Elizabeth brought to life will become the "official face" of Bioshock Infinite thanks to her "uncanny portrayal." And "uncanny" it most certainly is. Said Irrational boss Ken Levine:
"We were so amazed by her dedication and her resemblance to Elizabeth that we decided to ask her if she’d like to be involved in helping bring Elizabeth to life in our box, our key art, and our upcoming television ad."
By the way, that costume Moleva made for her Elizabeth character took "a month or two" to make…that is one dedicated cosplayer! And if you want to learn a little more about "Ormeli," read the Q&A through the link above. You'll be seeing her a lot more in the near future, as she may be on hand at various events to help promote Infinite , and her face will definitely be more prominent on the Internet.

Ormeli does a good job on this one, but as far as Cosplay is concerned…Alodia FTW!
😉
Hell yeah! Alodia Gosiengfiao is truly FTW in cosplay. Also her sister Ashley. They're the Gosiengfiao sisters.

Alodia is truly one of the most beautiful people in the world. It's amazing how much she can change her face to fit the character merely with a bit of make-up and facial gymnastics – truly transformative.
Funnily enough, of all the pictures of Alodia I have seen, she is at her best as herself. I mean she does a fantastic job with the Cosplay costumes and really inhabiting the character. But she, herself, is an extremely pretty lady.

I agree, she is truly an amazing gorgeous lady, not just a pretty face but also a talented one. She is a fine arts graduate and can play bass guitar and a piano (I think). She also done the cutest Mario cosplay. And if I remember correctly, her favorite is Balthier and Fran, she even have a toy figure of them in her room when she showed it in TV.

Also check this out. hehe.
The two sisters
She sure is a pretty little thing!
She also did a *fantastic* job on doing Femshep a while back. This girl is amazing (and, of course, drop dead cute too).
here's the link to her gallery. You'll find Femshep and others there:

I thought that pic was actually the game character, honestly! I realized after clicking the link.
It truly is uncanny.
I did too. I was wondering why Ben posted game art instead of a photo at first.
So funny, she is beautiful no doubt. It's just funny they think Bioshock Infinite needs advertising!! Silly Kevin Levine 🙂 .
I guess there are 2 versions of this picture. This one has been altered in Photoshop. Her breasts are bigger and I guess she was sitting down in the original photo and now standing. It's going to be a very special game. I hope it sells well and using this beauty can only help.
i think halloween happens one day a year, and that it's mainly for kids, and for college girls to dress up like prostitutes and walk the city streets w/o risking jail time, but I had to expand the pic just to check out if it was a Bioshock Infinity illustration, or an actual cosplay. No, srsly. That's amazing.
Good, now I can track her down and propose marriage.
Actually I saw Booker on the new cover art and I dig his haircut a lot; might be time for a copycat job.
Well it's nice to see such a success story and to see cosplayers actually getting somewhere. So I am all for it. Mind you, I have to say I hate live action advertisements for games… It just doesn't represent what the game is like at all and the industry has been bombarded with them in recent years. I was just watching the Halo 4 one and saying to my friend "fine, it's pretty but that doesn't represent the gameplay does it."
I saw the Bioshock US cover art the other day and hope that they change the EU one, to having Elizabeth on rather than the main character.
I can see why a game with bad graphics like Blops would use live action but Halo really shouldn't be doing it.
Yup, you have to interview her next Ben. If you don't I will.
Weeeeell…I'll think about it.
Perfect cosplayer for Elizabeth indeed and wise decision to use her in advertising.
I wish publishers would use more cosplayers to advertise their games though.
Cosplayers aren't just good for the eyes.
But my favourite is still Kipi!!!!
"Cosplayers aren't just good for the eyes."
I agree.
Only a die hard fan would dress up in the first place and who better to promote you than a fan like that.
i would hire her too! amazing
see?
who said playing games cant get you a job!?
Pretty giahlem! Good luck to her. Peace.
Ya'll should check out fire Lily cosplay. I know links are looked down upon on these things so just google fire Lily. She does a great Dr. Girlfriend.
