Ben-DutkaIf they're ever going to get that "Uncharted" movie going, we hope someone calls Emily Rose.
The voice actress who brought Elena Fisher to life has also become a popular character on the TV show, "Haven," and Collider.com talked to her about a variety of topics, including her "dream role."
When asked, Rose answered that she had two dream gigs; one would actually involve a Western, because she wants to "ride horses and act." Apparently, she's a big horse lover. Her second dream role?
"I’ve always wanted our video game, Uncharted, to be made into a film and to be able to play my character (Elena Fisher) in that game, as a part on a real film. Those are my two dream jobs, currently."
Yeah, well, the fans second that notion, Emily. The best part is that she might have the best chance of going from voice actress to real actress in this capacity; Nolan North might not be able to make that leap for Drake, after all. Besides, Rose is becoming a bigger name in the acting game these days, so why not give her a shot? She is Elena, after all. Give her a shot, damnit. Somebody should start up a petition.

i think they should just get the whole voice cast to do the movies
Sometimes voice actors aren't equally as talented on screen.

I agree with Frylock, I think that the voice cast should be used.
Keep in mind that for the Uncharted games they recorded the voice acting while the voice actors wore mocap suits to capture the movements, so they acted everything out. This means they are probably more prepared than the average voice actor.

I think the more people from the game you get on board the better, and she already has the look and voice. Pair her with Nathan Fillion as Drake and Bruce Campbell as Sully and you got yourself a movie.
I have been wanting Bruce Campbell as Sully for the longest time. He has his one liners down to a tee. I kept thinking that they modeled his personality after good ol' Bruce.
Yah Fillion as Drake for sure. No better actor to do it.
I wouldn't mind a CGI movie.
My dream is to play my Skyrim character in a movie. It would be really cool. He would go around killing civilians and chasing chickens. It would be called something super sweet, like "Bloody Chicks".
Sums up how I feel about video game movies. I still do however hope that if this movie does come one day it's great. I hope, but won't get my hopes up, if you know what I mean.

Voice actors can't play their respective roles on screen because 90% of the time they barely look like the character…?
In my honest opinion, David Boreanaz would be better as Drake.
