Madden Demo Drops This Week, Give RGIII A Test Run

It's almost time to test out this year's Madden offering.

EA Sports has announced and detailed the Madden NFL 13 demo , which will be available on Tuesday, August 14.

The demo will feature two match-ups: The first is between the Washington Redskins and the Seattle Seahawks. Although backup quarterback Rex Grossman gets the brief spotlight in the announcement video, we all know that Washington now has Robert Griffin III (who, by the way, got an 83 overall rating). The other match-up seems cooler; it's a rematch of last year's NFC Championship, when the New York Giants squeaked past the San Francisco 49ers. This year, San Francisco is definitely one of the Super Bowl favorites.

Madden NFL 13 lands at the end of this month, as usual. Pick it up for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 or PlayStation Vita on August 28.
