So according to Eurogamer , Sony received a legitimate pitch from a developer for an EyeToy Kama Sutra game. …no, don't go look on Amazon; the idea was rejected. Fast.
SCE executive producer Pete Smith explained the somewhat comical situation:
"This was a genuine pitch from a developer. Seriously, this was a genuine pitch. So, the guy is going to me, 'it's like, so there's an outline on the screen with the EyeToy…' I'm like, I get it, yeah."
The Kama Sutra is legendary; it's an ancient Hindu text that focuses on sexuality. If couples are looking for variety, the book offers approximately 8,729 different sexual positions…okay, I made that up but you'd be surprised at the…um…inventiveness. Anyway, Smith said the idea was discussed (briefly) before being dismissed.
"We were talking about it back at the office. Obviously we didn't sign it and it never ever saw the light of day. But we were going, how exactly would we QA it?" he said. "You can imagine these two big hairy testers going, 'No, you're the b**** tonight.'"

I saw that picture like 6 months ago more or less and watching it in a VideoGames page makes Me laugh. "Prelude Du Fornication" or something like that it was named (the picture).
Anyway, a Game is a Game and I wonder how much Multiplayer could be designed for this…
