The Network continues to be an appreciated haven for innovation and creativity.
Not long after Thatgamecompany's amazing Journey dropped onto the PSN, developer Eyebrow Interactive has confirmed that their original puzzle platformer, Closure , arrives on March 27.
The idea is that you manipulate lights to "phase objects in and out of reality." Basically, the underlying premise reminds us a little of echochrome , in that perception is reality; i.e., if you can't see it, it isn't there. The cool part is that this game was produced by only a tiny team of three people, who have worked hard for three years to get it done. The end result consists of almost 100 challenging puzzles in a fantastic atmosphere. Check it out:
Closure was the Grand Prize Winner at the DICE 2012 Indie Game Challenge last month, which you should find very encouraging. The game also received an award for Audio Excellence at the 2010 IGF event. Looking forward to it!
