Media Create Japanese Sales for Aug 22

Good ol' Media Create has released their Japanese Sales chart for the week ending August 22.

In hardware, the GBA and PS2 continue to rule, while throughout the whole of 2004 there have been fewer Xbox systems sold in Japan than in many individual states in the U.S.

In software, Suikoden IV claimed the top spot with 185,962 copies sold.

Konami and Nintendo pretty much own the top 10, although Sammy's Pachi-Slot game continues to have staying power.
