Hyperdimension Neptunia For Vita Heads West This Summer

If you're looking for some JRPG fun on the go, this is for you.

As reported by Siliconera , Idea Factory will be bringing Hyperdimension Neptunia Re:Birth 1 to North America and Europe later this summer.

The interesting part is that NIS America won't be publishing this one, as Idea Factory has expanded its Western reach. The Japanese company launched its California-based International branch last year so they could release their own games in Western territories, and one of them will be this remake for the PlayStation Vita. For the record, Hyperdimension Neptunia mk2 is the next game in the series, and it will debut on Vita in Japan next week. All these games started on PS3, of course.

With the Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster available now, though, you might be too busy…

Three Hyperdimension Neptunia Games Headed To Vita

Maybe I'm mentioning this a little early for our concerns but I know we have some Hyperdimension Neptunia fans around here somewhere and they deserve extra time to make a ruckus.

Somewhat recently Compile Heart quietly announced there would be a spin-off idol game coming to Vita in Japan called Hyperdimension Idol Neptunia PP . But the news doesn't end there. Capsule Computers citing Dengeki Playstation reports that two more Neptunia titles are coming to Vita.

Their titles translate a little funny but in case you want to start running searches for more information here are the titles as-is: Chou Megami Shinkou Noel Gekishin Black Heart, and Chou Ji Jigen Game Neptune Re; Birth 1. It is believed that at least one of those titles will be a Vita version of the first PS3 game in the series.

If these games make it to North America (and NIS has been very good about this) fans can hurry up and wait.
