New Destiny Raid, Crota’s End, Has Been Conquered Already

Well, that didn't take long.

The expansion for Destiny , The Dark Below, has delivered a new Raid and it's hugely challenging. But less than 24 hours after the DLC dropped, Crota's End has already been beaten.

This is thanks to Invigorate Gaming , as seven players needed six hours to finish the job. Invigorate also took credit for being the first to take down the now-infamous Vault of Glass Raid. Developer Bungie has acknowledged the achievement; check out the stats on Twitter : There were three Lv. 30 and four Lv. 29 Guardians and they combined to rake in over 1,000 kills during the successful campaign.

You've beaten Crota's End already, right?

Destiny DLC Purchase Causing Problems For PS4 Owners

If you own a PlayStation 4 and you're experiencing problems with The Dark Below DLC for Destiny , you're not alone.

Complaints are popping up around the Internet (including at Reddit ) that after purchasing the DLC on PS4, players are shown a countdown timer for the content's release.

For some reason, some players can't get past the countdown timer, so it effectively locks them out of the game. For the time being, this bug appears to only affect those who play the digital version of Destiny on Sony's console, and then purchase the DLC as a standalone item (not as part of the Season Pass). Some Reddit users are trying to come up with a workaround solution, such as deleting and re-downloading the game file, but we're not sure if that works.

See, just another reason why you should use real copies of a game.

Destiny DLC: PlayStation Exclusive Content Detailed

Sony has been saying it all year: If you plan on playing Destiny , you should do so on a PlayStation platform.

One of the reasons was exclusive downloadable content. The PS3 and PS4 versions of Bungie's blockbuster will receive timed exclusive content and now, thanks to the PlayStation Blog , we've got more details.

The new Strike mission, entitled "The Undying Mind," will bring players back to The Black Garden. That's where they'll have to face down a massive Vex machine that resembles the Hydra enemies you've met before. This is a three-player Strike mission that can be played with friends or via matchmaking. As for the new exotic weapon, it's a four-barrel shotgun with a chamber for five rounds and a "sizzlingly fast fire rate." It's called The 4th Horseman and Perks include Final Round (last round adds bonus damage) and Return to Sender (kills add bonus ammo).

The Dark Below DLC will be ready to go next week.
