Halloween is here and Suda51 and Grasshopper Manufacture have a little gift for you.
It's another look at the game that pays homage to the campy, stupidly silly horror movies of yesteryear, the game that gives a cheerleader a chainsaw with which to annihilate the zombies that have invaded her school.
It's Lollipop Chainsaw and when watching the video, it's important to remember that we need to laugh at ourselves occasionally. We just can't take everything so damn seriously. Sometimes we think a lot of the straight-up fun has gone out of the industry, what with all the focus on realism and authentic intensity. This is just…absurd. In a good way.
While it's clear they're trying to sell the atmosphere, let's not forget that Grasshopper is loaded with industry veterans who know how to make a good game. Shadows of the Damned was definitely worth playing, for example. …it just didn't have any cheerleaders.
Related Game(s): Lollipop Chainsaw
It's soul calibur meets zombies could be interesting but I would wait for a review
…lmao it probably won't have the cinematic thrill of Uncharted 3 or even the graphics of…….Uncharted 3…but hey it still looks fun as hell.
…I had a feeling this was Japanese.
