This looks like a promising and original puzzle game, which would be perfect for an on-the-go challenge.
As announced over at the PlayStation Blog , developer Spiky Fish Games will be ready to deliver Sketchcross next week. On April 28, it will be available for PlayStation Vita and PS TV.
Dubbed a "Nonogram logic picture puzzle game," players must decipher pictures that help you solve puzzles. Here's a brief description:
"The numbers on the rows/columns are groups. The value of those numbers represents the connecting blocks of the group. Each group must be separated by at least one blank space. When you correctly solve the puzzle, you are rewarded with the reveal of your picture."
Sketchcross will release with 50 puzzles ranging in size from 5-by-5 to 30-by-30. If you find the game too challenging, you'll appreciate the three difficulty settings, and you can also try out Frenzy mode. That's when you have to conquer randomly generated puzzles in less than 30 seconds.
Flex that brain!
