If you're psyched for one of the most anticipated PlayStation Vita games to date, you'll definitely want to check out the multiplayer beta.
Beta sign-ups for Killzone: Mercenary have begun ; you've got until 2 p.m. PDT on Wednesday of this week to sign up. If you're chosen, you'll be notified via email, and you'll receive further instructions.
Sony also reminds you that this upcoming closed beta is confidential and all beta test materials "may be serial numbered for tracking purposes." This is because disclosure of any part of those test materials could "cause significant and irreparable harm to SCEA," so take it seriously. Killzone: Mercenary is slated to launch on September 17; it uses the same engine as Killzone 3 and should help to push Vita sales. The only problem is that it releases on the same day as Grand Theft Auto V …
Well, that's a good day to pick up two kick-ass games, right? One for your PS3 and one for your Vita.
