Sometimes it's easy to forget that next week, not one, but two complete, full-fledged Assassin's Creed adventures hit store shelves. Yes, two.
The first is Assassin's Creed III , the epic blockbuster for the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC. But there's another designed specifically for Sony's slick new portable, the PlayStation Vita.
Yeah, you know what it is: Assassin's Creed III: Liberation , which features the female assassin, Aveline, and what could very well be the most breathtaking environment we've ever seen on a handheld device. Ubisoft released a new Story Trailer to get everyone all psyched for the new offering, which we're hoping will turn enough heads. The Vita could use all the AAA software it can get and if there's one title that would qualify as AAA… And remember, the portable is plenty capable so Liberation shouldn't feel watered down at all .
I can't wait to get this game.
Hopefully I'll get to feed some alligators. I'm quite certain they don't mind Spanish food.
Obviously I'll be getting both games, but I'll be buying Liberation first. Liberation needs a kick-ass launch, and I'll gladly contribute.
If Liberation can be hot out of the gates then maybe that's the sign other 3rd party devs need to climb aboard. Hopefully it can sway a lot of the fence sitters towards a Vita purchase too.
I don't have a Vita yet. But when I get one this game will definitely be one of the first ones I pick up.
Looks good. Waiting for the reviews to come in.
