There have been rumors surrounding the possibility of PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale coming to the PlayStation Vita, and according to The Gaming Liberty citing a LinkedIn CV of Sony's Robert Krekel , those rumors are probably true.
Krekel is a sound designer with SCEA and clearly lists Battle Royale as a "current project" that is coming to both the PS3 and Vita. Previous experience includes Starhawk and Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception . This falls in line with SuperBot game director Omar Kendall teasing a Vita iteration for the game in question, so at this point, we'd have to say there's a darn good chance…
Me, I'm still trying to come up with the proper motivation. I've never really been into fighting games and something like Super Smash Bros. just totally turns me off. Granted, I love a lot of the PlayStation mascots but I mean…I think I'd rather play as those characters in the games they're meant to be in. Still, I do hope PlayStation All-Stars turns out well.

That game is really only for people who like to get together with friends and beat each other up.
I would probably rarely play it at home, but I would certainly take it over to a friend's house on a weekly basis. I already try to do that with Smash and Fire Pro Wrestling as much as possible.
Fighting games… Not for me. I get my butt kicked.
I like fighting games even tho sometimes i get my ass handed to me. Like any of the naruto games or SuperSmashBros. My buddy is so good at it, but i strive to be better when i play him
Well! I'm so looking forward to this game! I've discussed an idea about this game with some friends of mine, from when we were in High School, like two to three years ago, before this was announced. We would talk about how cool it would be if Sony did this! And what do you think, three years later they do! We are PS fanboys, but we accept that them other consoles have great experiences too!
Sorry for the long post, but this part here is a bit of a rant, it has to do with both PS3 and PS Vita! My PS3 died on me, on April 12, exactly three years after being bought, this was my second, 80GB, the first was a 60GB launch model, only lasted a year and two months, YLoD. So I've been waiting for E3 to see if Sony will cut the price officially! And just today my PS Vita's, D1 bought, screen just went black, with a little faint of the background light noticeable, PS button works, i can hear all the sounds if i touch it, but it won't work, tried the reboot, already had to used it before, but if i try the 30 secs button hold, all it does is turn off like if I had selected Shut Off, well tomorrow gonna see what i'll do, it still has the year with Sony, see how much it'll cost to send! Oh my luck! 🙁 I'm a huge ps fan, got the 3D display, Official Headset, BD controller, Move, etc and i even have the Sony Xperia Play 4G AT&T, works like a charm that phone, in Google play there even is a GBA emulator, which I'm using! But right now I'm heartbroken! Good Night to you all! From PR with love! 🙂
i really dont see the point of this on the vita.
whole point of this is not online play, its a party game, its one of those games thats only fun when your sitting with friends.
really no point having this on the vita.
instead they should create a action adventure styled game like zelda.

I think this game will do better if playing with a buddy.
In my very personal opinion I find this genre not suitable for handhelds. Screen too small and very intense gameplay.
