Okay, so the old-school Japanese RPGs you want aren't exactly flooding consoles. But in the handheld world, there are still options.
Atlus reminds you of that with their "Re-Vita-lized PlayStation Network Price Drop Event," which features a bevy of top-notch RPGs at discounted prices, for play on either the PSP or Vita.
The list of games receiving price cuts includes Persona 3 Portable , Hexyz Force , and more of the critically acclaimed Shin Megami Tensei: Persona titles. Here's the complete list:
Added Atlus Manager of PR and Sales Aram Jabbari:
""Whether you're a PSP system owner who has watched ATLUS RPGs from afar, your eyes glued to your pervy game-watching binoculars but your wallet unable to open itself for the cause, or perhaps you spend your evenings making sexy time with the two nubs on your new PlayStation Vita. Now you can dive into a library of critically acclaimed ATLUS PSP system games that delivers hundreds of hours of deep, compelling RPG adventures and promises to thoroughly satisfy your hardcore gamer cravings."
Who can resist? Really?
Might get Persona 3 if I can't find it cheaper, I never finished it on PS2. I have such a need for Persona 5 it isn't funny.
I know right? I've been waiting forever, even for an announcement or something about it… Well I guess P4 Golden will fill that wait soon…
Man I hope this is permanent since I don't plan on buying a vita for a long time and I want to get into the persona franchise.
You could buy the games now at the low price and sit on them.
It's hard to sit on something digital though. I'm sure they won't escape your Vita if you choose not to sit on them.
Just let the download sit on your PS3 until you can afford the Vita, beats the hell out of waiting and paying more.
It was just a corny joke. I agree with World in seriousness. Buy them now play them later. Soe of the deals are really great.
Nice sale. I'll definitely be loading up my Vita with some of these games.
I already have some of these on my PSP, I will have to re-download some for my Vita now.
Some on Sony…Hook us up with some games for the 18-34 Age group on vita
