Now's a good time to be a "Star Wars" fan.
You've got Star Wars: Battlefront , which launches today for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC, as well as the new hotly anticipated film, "Star Wars: The Force Awakens." But now you've got a super cool – forgive the pun – retro option!
The Super Nintendo classic, Super Star Wars , is going to release this week for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The game originally released way back in 1992 and then saw new life on the Wii Virtual Console in 2009; the latest PlayStation versions will enjoy "new save features, leaderboards, Trophies, and updated display and controller options." It will also be a Cross Buy title, which means you can grab it on either PS4 or Vita and get the other version free of charge.
As for Battlefront , EA has already released a complete list of all the power-ups, vehicles, missions, vehicles and Star Cards, and don't forget to check out the awesome live-action trailer.

Ha nice! I played through the trilogy of this SNES series. I'm afraid though to go back to them today just to find how much they've aged. I think I'm happy with my memories of playing them.
wow. this game was the first star wars game i ever played and i was obsessed with it. i played it for such along time until i beat it and once i did, i never touched it again bc beating it took FOREVER. it took me at least 2-3 years because i was in and out of other games. this one frustrated the crap out of me since it wouldnt save. i dunno why but that game gave me trouble when trying to beat it. and sadly i dont remember how i beat it, i just remember sitting there in complete shock and awe that i finally finished it. i just may pick this up depending on price tag
These games were insanely hard when I was younger. They still are a huge challenge to this day >.<
Dark souls has nothing on these games in terms of challenge.
so it wasnt just me???? i was a child at the time and my older brother who was in his mid teens even had difficulty and left it for me which i eventually conquered.
no it was really hard. I actually had more trouble with this than Contra 3, which is one of the hardest SNES games.
