When you've got a AAA production these days, you need serious voice talent.
That's why Warner Bros. tapped several of the industry's best for the upcoming Batman: Arkham Knight . You can check 'em out in the video here ; there are a few great names!
The lineup includes the following:
And don't forget that Kevin Conroy (Batman), Troy Baker (Two-Face), Nolan North (Penguin), and Tara Strong (Harley Quinn) are already confirmed, which makes this one of the most impressive voice casts ever assembled for a video game. The days when programmers used to lend their voices to a game are long gone, and now we've got top-tier talent for our virtual characters.
After a few delays, Batman: Arkham Knight is now scheduled to launch on June 23 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.

I wonder if they're going to explain in game why scarecrow's voice is different.
I seriously doubt anyone is going to give 2 sh!ts about scarecrows voice and if Rocksteady spends any time explaining anything like that and taking up space in the game , I will be seriously disappointed. Thumbs down to you.
Don't talk to me like that. It is a legit question. Just because you don't give 2 shits doesn't mean nobody else does. Rocksteady will make the connection with Arkham Asylum because it's a sequel, it ain't no standalone game. Some sort of explanation is bound to be there somewhere.
