So let's say you've already played and completed Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes .
And now, you're worried that your progress won't transfer over to the full game, The Phantom Pain .
But don't worry; Konami has revealed the transfer plans for the upcoming blockbuster and you can see a descriptive image here . It's pretty simple, really: Saves will transfer over within the same console family; i.e., PS3 to PS4, Xbox 360 to Xbox One, etc. And of course, if you're playing both Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain on the same machine, you needn't worry.
Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain is coming out on September 1, 2015 and the entire world is just gonna go crazy when it shows up. Okay, not the entire world but still…it's gonna be big.
Related Game(s): Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain , Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes
That's nice I guess, though I honestly can't recall anything in particular that would/could transfer over (besides your stats, trophies, etc.) It's a pretty definitive end point…
does the region of the game matter? If I have played the R1 version of ground zeroes, should I also buy an R1 version of phantom pain to be able to load my save file on ground zeroes?
Any news to what the content actually is? I mean I know you can capture guards in Ground Zeroes, but it has no real consequence within GZ. Is the save transfer just for getting GZ guards in your Phantom Pain Motherbase?
I like it. I've sunk a lot of hours into Ground Zeroes, and it'll be nice to see even minor things from it carry over.
well thats a good thing for those who put in the time to the game, they shouldn't have to lose they time and effort and progress from gound zeros
happy gaming
