When it comes to Mass Effect , you expect memorable characters.
And that's exactly what BioWare will task a new Senior Cinematic Animator with doing: Helping create a dramatic, enduring character.
That's clear in a recent job listing for developer BioWare Montreal. This person will generate "emotionally believable characters that allow game players to interact with the game, whether photorealistic or stylized, in a realistic and believable fashion." That's a good sign; it means the emphasis on narrative and plot will be just as strong as ever. We're seeing that wane a bit these days so it's nice to hear.
Thus far, the fourth Mass Effect effort remains an unofficial mystery. We know it's coming, of course, but details remain scarce. For now, anyway.
Good to hear. Or read, anyways. Whatever one might think of the changes in gameplay throughout the series or the disappointing ending, the characters were amazing and probably what I enjoyed the most about it.
thats cool its always good to hear a good effort from the devs as for the ME4 thats anyones guess atm we'll need a wait for somethig from BioWare
happy gaming
Every single time I read, talk, or hear about Mass Effect, I have a powerful urge to go and play it again.
Off to play it again I suppose.
The hallmark of BioWare is the characters.
Can't wait. I really can not wait. Hoping for a return to splendor of ME1/2 though, and not the blind gate of the third. It became too much of a action adventure game then.
I'm really looking forward to this. Hopefully they'll re-release ME1-3 on the PS4 soon, then I can formally retire my XB360.
I hope for a Mass Effect Triology Remaster first! I'm ashamed today ive never played the series. But after dumping 140+ hours into Dragon Age, Bioware has a new fan
