Well, the votes have been tallied and the winner was just revealed over at the PlayStation Blog : It's the awesome train wreck scene from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves !
It was a close race between that scene and the high-flying adrenaline rush that was the cargo plane segment in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception but in the end, the train wreck won a close victory. It probably helps that the winning scene smacked us right between the eyes when we started that memorable adventure. It obviously left an impression on a great many gamers!
This helps to celebrate the fact that Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection is nigh; it will release exclusively for PlayStation 4 on October 9. And remember how Naughty Dog confirmed a demo ? Well, that playable sample is up and ready to go on the PSN!

the demo isn't the train part. I swore I read somewhere that it was.
Anyway, just finished the demo.
Very nice port indeed!
They even got the point of focus motion blur enabled. This was a feature ND touted as being only possible on the CELL (at the time)
Here we see the PS4 seemingly effortlessly running the game at double the res and double the frame rate.
It's pretty cool seeing the PS4 play remastered PS3 games better than the PS3 could play remastered PS2 games.

For me it's definitely the entire stealth/plane/desert sequence of UC3. The train was cool but got repetitive real quick and had too many overly "video game" elements. That said I enjoyed Drakes fortune and Drakes Deception significantly more than Among Thieves.
