JRPG fans have yet another reason to rejoice.
Today, Namco Bandai Games America Inc. has announced a Tales of Xillia Collector's Edition, which will arrive on store shelves in North America on August 6. This game is coming exclusively to the PlayStation 3.
The Collector's Edition will boast limited edition packaging, a limited edition Milla Maxwell figure, an art book and a special music selection CD. Those interested can pre-order this bundle at participating retailers right now.
If you're unfamiliar, Tales of Xillia follows the epic adventures of Jude Mathis, a clever medical student who is going to school in the capital city. Milla Maxwell joins him as a mysterious woman accompanied by four invisible beings that hold strange powers. In addition to a "compelling and spectacular storyline," this title features a dynamic real-time battle mechanic that focuses on cooperative tactics. There's also the interestingly-named Double Raid Linear Motion Battle System.
So if you're a fan of the sub-genre, you might just have to grab this one when August rolls around. And by the way, the Collector's Edition holds the retail price of $99.99.
