The first beta test for Street Fighter V was a total flop . When it released later, it was with caution, with what Capcom called "stress tests."
But things are back on track now and the developer wants to run one more beta test.
This new testing period will give those who have pre-ordered the anticipated fighter another chance to play before the 2016 launch. It will also give Capcom another chance to polish and refine. We don't know exactly when the beta will kick off, but we do know it will run between December 17 and December 20 on PlayStation 4. We also don't know which characters will be available for sampling; perhaps they'll give us the opportunity to test out the recently revealed F.A.N.G.
Street Fighter V is currently scheduled to launch on February 16, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PC.
