Now here's a band that loves their video games!

Iconic English metal band Iron Maiden has released a new music video for the song, "Speed Of Light," and the primary theme is old-school, classic games. Yup.

This video is a well-built homage to games released over the past forty years, probably because Iron Maiden is currently celebrating their 40th anniversary (feel old?). Watch the video below; it portrays the band's famous mascot, Eddie, traveling through time and becoming the hero of various classic titles. You'll see everything from Donkey Kong to Call of Duty and a whole lot in between, so kudos!

"Speed of Light" is featured on the band's upcoming album, The Book of souls, which releases next month. It'll be their 18th album.
