Battlefront Beta Yields Giant Numbers

You know that 9 million people participated in the wide open Star Wars: Battlefront beta.

But Electronic Arts has shared some extra super big numbers via infographic (see it here ).

The largest beta test in EA history has generated a slew of ridiculous numbers. for instance, players logged an absurd 1.6 billion minutes of testing, enough time to watch the original "Star Wars" trilogy 4.2 million times. Two-thirds of those 9 million participants (6 million) hit the max level of 5 and in terms of specific gameplay numbers: 783,392 Walkers were destroyed, and players chose to spawn as Luke Skywalker and Darth Vader an almost equal number of times; 5,938,148 for Vader and 5,904,806 for Luke.

Star Wars: Battlefront is cleared to release on November 17 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC. Developer DICE recently revealed more playable characters and modes , and after the beta concluded, they admitted the Assault Walker mode was unbalanced . They'll still be working on the multiplayer experience right up until launch and beyond, you can bet on that.
