We've seen dozens of new trailers in the past 24 hours, and so many are absolutely breathtaking.
If we had to choose only one as quite possibly the "best of show," it might have to be the latest video for Konami's Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain .
Loaded with action, drama, and gorgeous detail, MGSV is shaping up to be downright epic. It's too bad that we have to wait until later next year (supposedly) before it's on store shelves, but trailers like this can keep us sated for a while. This could be Snake's most challenging and most emotional adventure yet, and we're counting on the developers to come through in a big way.
If you haven't seen it already, feast your eyes on this:

Metal Gear Solid V looks and plays amazing and young liquid attacking Big Boss in the trailer btw.

I have yet to see the trailer but Young Liquid attacking Big Boss? I don't think Young Solid Snake could beat Big Boss so I find that amusing. Ground Zeroes was like a topless girl who left your bedroom and never came back. Now we have to wait for the better one to return next year U_U
No the past year trailer of this same game was a lot better and it even had more gameplay on it, Batman was the best of E3.
I just cannot play this on a PS3… it simply won't do the game justice. Really impressed with this, I honestly believe this has the potential to be the best of the series, which is by no means an easy task. But it is just so rare to see such depth not just within the story but the gameplay mechanics also. Best game of e3 without contest – Though Nintendo's digital event is up within the hour, I just can't see even a Xenoblade 2 confirmation overcoming this.
MGS5 looks great. It looks like a worthy installment to the legendary franchise. I saw so many trailers last night that just left me in awe I can't really say exactly what I thought the best was. But MGS5's was dang fine indeed.
Big Boss looks so badarse! Can't wait to play this.
It was a great trailer alright.
My favourite of the show however was No mans sky but that was gameplay not a trailer.
Yes. I would say MGSV takes my personal top award. That's coming from a long time fan; for good reason mind you! It was a decently lengthy trailer with non stop story elements. The fan base is going to have a field day trying to muster up the meaning of this one. I don't mind The Phantom Pain being a year or so out. We did get what may have been a rushed Ground Zeros after all. The only real let down so far has been the mulitplatform nature of the franchise.
Who knows, maybe we would have been seeing some more photorealistic graphics similar to U4. Which btw the way was a very close second. Both of these trailers gave me goosebumps
Nothing special.
I just finished watching the video and it seems the events of Ground Zeroes left Big Boss emotionally and physically tormented and that is the one if not the main reason why he feels the need to upon himself (with help of course). Was it the best trailer? As a die hard MGS fan I would love to say YES but it wasn't the best trailer from E3. I think the best trailer was from Far Cry 4.
For me it seems like the a step back from previous Metal Gear cinematics. It just doesn't look as detaied as we're used to seeing. And that shine that seems to be on almost every surface really makes everything look artificial and plastic-like.
I saw the shine too, it seems to be an issue with Japanese games.
This trailer was totally meh. Like the guys at IGN said, it was hard to know exactly what was going on, there was just so much happening.
just ok trailer, nothing special about it, look more like a movie rather than a game…
Oh hell yes. MGS is one of the reasons I got into gaming and MGS4 was the reason for my PS3 purchase. MGS5 is now the reason to buy a PS4
yeah i have to say it was a really good tralier and the response to it was pritty amazing
happy gaming =)
