Your fall just got a lot crazier.
During Bethesda's press briefing at E3 today, the company announced a release date for the highly anticipated Fallout 4 : November 10.
This puts it smack dab in the midst of the holiday rush, competing against other huge titles like Assassin's Creed Syndicate , Call of Duty: Black Ops III and Star Wars: Battlefront . But as Fallout 4 is immensely different from any of those games, it should holds its own. Additionally, Bethesda confirmed a special edition (priced at $120) of the game, which will feature a real-life Pip-Boy .
This will slide into your iPhone or Android phone to work as a screen for the device and to accompany it, Bethesda will release a custom app that functions as a second-screen experience. This will be made available alongside the game in November.
Now, how's about nearly 10 minutes of new Fallout 4 gameplay? Yeah, you know you want it.
Related Game(s): Fallout 4
now there's even more competition for GotY.
as far as I'm concerned there's no competition anymore. 🙂
You are right Beamboom.
MGS5 will be GoTY.
lol nice MRSUCCESS. You're probably both right.
wow,that really looked awesome!
And you can build your own house ha.
And after an announcement this year also a release date THIS year[i told ya some monts ago, before the first annoucement],till dec 2014 i didn't even know if fallout 4 existed. This is for me one of the best years of gaming, wow.
I allready pre-ordered the collectors edition, will look nice next to my fallout 3 statue.
Now deus ex mankind divided, what a year man…..

I will be pre-ordering three of the collectors editions due to the rabid Fallout fans that live in my house.
I haven't even played the game yet, and it *looks* like the GOTY frontrunner to me already.
I'm definitely gonna play as female character when I get my hands on this game…
Dude, you and me both. My babe is gonna rule the wasteland.
Game looked crazy good. This E3 is off to a good start.
So beam wins our bet IF it doesn't get delayed. I'm actually fine with being wrong. Already preordered the collectors edition
🙂
I'm super-stoked now. That was such an enormous amount of material we got presented at that show – and all of it was great!
I doubt it will be delayed by much, they showed too much, it totally looks to be en route.
Telly was right too! 😉
Just teasing, of course. Glad it's coming so soon. I think it's really cool how Bethesda effectively locks themselves in (pun intended) a vault for YEARS, doesn't say a word about what they're doing, then boom, press conference, announce perhaps most anticipated game in the world, and it's out in a few months. SO cool.
Yup, Telly was right too. 🙂 I even think there was a third one with us.

hehehe
I loved Fallout 3 and will definitely pick this game up.
I'm wondering how its going to compare to the Witcher 3, that is the open world RPG I will compare all games to from now on.
I think of them in two very different classes.
Todd howard annouced a few minutes ago at the ms show, that mods from pc can be used for the xbox one,i didn't hear the word exclusive soooo, maybe also for the ps4?
o,and backwards compatibility to the xbox360,strong move from ms!

Yeah that's an excellent move from MS.
Looks great!
Okay second time in history I may get a Special Edition
I'm just shocked they kept it secret until just before release! Having it out this year is stunning.
Yeah amazing of them to keep the lid this shut for this long.
Also, don't you agree that the visuals looks *great*? I think it looks fantastic – a gigantic leap of an improvement!
Holy crap Microsoft is bringin it right now. Hope sonys got some surprises up their sleeve.

Im almost 100% sure Sony will disappoint…
Microsoft bought their A game this year.
IDK you just,see that show
Those of us who love this series *live* in the games while we play them.
So for Bethesda to now actually add a feature to create our own house(s), complete with defences and all really shows how much they understand their fan base. Same goes with the more extensive crafting of weapons.
I really can not wait to get started creating a life in this new entry.
There was literally nothing I didn't like about what I saw regarding Fallout 4. Even my one main gripe about Fallout 3 — that the colors were so drab, the landscapes so unrelentingly bleak — has been addressed somewhat. Way more color and variety for Fallout 4, though of course still very much true to the apocalyptic style that came before. Top marks.
Not a single thing. I do not have one tiny little negative remark. This was Fallout heaven.
Who's going to actually use the Pip boy while playing the game (the separate item, not the one in the actual game)?
I feel like that's taking away from the game (as in looking at your watch every minute or so) and is being advertised as something that you really want/need. If you're a collector that's fine but I see no need for it.

It's just a collectors prop, nobody will use it during play.

You know that question you asked a while ago about which game had gotten us really massively hyped? I think I just found my answer.
looks like a reason for getting the ps4 by nov.10
