Ben-DutkaIt's a sci-fi nightmare and you'll have to survive.
Designer Benjamin Rivers has revealed his new game, Alone With You , and as announced over at the PlayStation Blog , it's coming exclusively to the PlayStation 4 and Vita in 2015.
This is a pure adventure game and it'll task you with exploring and planning in a bleak, hostile environment. You play as the last remaining member of a doomed terraforming colony on a distant planet. Because the process failed, the planet will implode in less than a month, so you've only got a little time to escape. There's just one escape pod left, though, and of course, it isn't working. Even worse, the people who would know how to fix it are dead.
The only positive is that you've got the colony's AI, which might assist you by recreating key colony members and learning how to fix the ship. The game will boast about six unique areas, and you'll use a scanner to find the materials you need. You'll also uncover more of the story as to what happened to land you in your nigh-on impossible situation.
The old-school graphics remind me a bit of Lone Survivor and it definitely looks challenging.
